The rocker body is constructed out of 6AL-4V Titanium. An overall reduction in weight means increased performance and restoration of horsepower loss through valve actuation. We use a special alloy steel on the shaft, roller and bearings that exceeds the strength of the stock unit. The shaft is also lubricated with oil which results in cooler operation. Our lifter cap is a direct-fit sphere, which far surpasses the stock units pressed face. A true sphere means a unified load across the lifter face resulting in less wear.

A divert is also machined into the titanium to lubricate the roller and cool down during high RPM operation. The roller of the rocker arm is channeled to reduce friction and to increase lubrication.
